RALLY 15
For beginners, casual games and getting comfortable on court. RALLY combines a 15 mm polypropylene honeycomb core with a fiberglass outer face. Its Glacier Teal design moves from smoky green to a soft silver glow. US$30.

What the numbers tell you.
The 15 and 16 in the model names describe core thickness in millimeters. Core thickness is one part of a paddle's construction; it does not, by itself, prove a level of power or control. LEAP's T700 label identifies its outer-face material. It does not mean the entire paddle is made from carbon fiber.
