Shipping from China.
Orders ship from China by air at a flat US$8 per order. Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing. Contact us before ordering if you need a destination or timing confirmed. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination are separate unless included in your confirmed order total.
A 30-day return window.
Request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and included items. Email info@pikimelo.com with your order number, reason and photos where relevant. Wait for a return authorization and address before sending the item.
Return shipping and refunds.
For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping and the original delivery charge is not refunded. For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and any necessary return shipping. After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund or exchange. Refunds use the original payment method where available; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Damage or an incorrect item.
Keep the product and packaging, take clear photos and contact Pikimelo as soon as possible with the order number. This helps us review the issue and arrange the next step. Your applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
