Pikimelo product prices are displayed in US dollars. The listed materials describe each model. Product images are design visualizations, not production photographs; actual color and finish may vary. Ask us to confirm a measurement or appearance detail that is important to your purchase.
Payment and delivery.
Orders ship from China. Standard air shipping is US$8 per order. Delivery time depends on the destination and customs processing; contact us to confirm service to your address. Import duties and taxes, if charged by your destination, are separate unless included in your confirmed order total. Online payment setup is being completed. Adding an item to the cart does not confirm payment or dispatch.
Returns and product support.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery for an unused item in its original condition and packaging. Contact us first for instructions. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind; if an item is defective or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Paddles have a 12-month limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorized modifications are excluded.
